Open Door Hatha Yoga

The purpose of Hatha Yoga is to purify the energy channels and remove their physical and mental imbalances. When practiced properly, Hatha Yoga leads to purification of the body and awakening of life energy or pranic energy.

In this course, a system of sequences designed to align your skin, muscles, and bones is practiced, along with physical exercises and breathing exercises (pranayama). You will find that the tense areas in our body relax and help us find our spiritual balance.

Hatha Yoga

This lesson flow, where you will experience the most ancient and classical content of Hatha Yoga, is planned for 60 minutes depending on the Yoga Vidya Gurukul school. Starting with the opening mantra, the lesson continues with the beginner and intermediate level Asana series. Different Yogic Breathing techniques, Mudras and Bandha techniques are taught. After experiencing the pranayama exercise & deep relaxation in the last 15 minutes, the closing mantra is chanted.

In this lesson, where the same asanas are practiced regularly, the mind becomes stable while the body becomes durable, strong and flexible with breath awareness.

Open Door Vinyasa Yoga

In this course, in which classical yoga poses are applied as a series of movements in harmony with breathing, it is aimed to stretch and strengthen the body. Focusing on the breaths in the streams calms the central nervous system and provides a moving meditation position.
