The present age is stated as the Kali-yuga age according to Vedic sources. Kali-yuga is also known as the iron age or the age of quarrel and strife. When we listen to news or take a newspaper in our hands, we definitely encounter the news of war in a certain part of the world. When we examine our daily lives, we can see how incredible efforts are made by everyone around us for small things.

According to the Vedas, this age began after Krishna appeared on earth about 5000 years ago and is said to last for 432,000 years. About 500 years ago, Lord Caitanya, the incarnation of Lord Krishna, appeared on earth and taught us the simplest method of meditation that can be done in this age. This system, which does not contain any difficulties and strict rules, is the recommended meditation method for the Kali-yuga age according to the Vedic texts: the repetitive chanting of the Hare Krishna mantra.

What you need for this practice is a japa mala, or japa rosary. You can purchase these rosaries containing 108 beads made of Tulasi or Neem wood from Goranga Yoga Center for 20 TL. Those who do not have a Japa mala must have it for this practice. By doing japa meditation, we will take our minds away from all financial anxiety and stress for a while. With regular practice, we will have a more purified mind and much less affected by external influences.

Our meditation practices are free. If you wish, you can leave a donation.

Hare Krsna, Hare Krsna, Krsna Krsna, Hare Hare
Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare

When this mantra is repeated, original consciousness awakens. It can be sung by individual repetition (japa meditation) or collective melody (kirtan). It is the fastest and most effective meditation method for spiritual awareness.

Every Sunday 15:00-18:00
